Powerless
In a kingdom that exiles the powerless, an Ordinary hides among the Elites and enters the trials that would expose her. The prince assigned to hunt people like her is the one falling for her, which is the entire premise and it works. On the House's scale it rates 2 for spice (warm), 4 for how much of the book is the romance, and 3 for craft. Fourth Wing readers who want the trials and the banter without the explicit scenes.
