# Fourth Wing Book Clubs

A Fourth Wing book club reads The Empyrean — Fourth Wing, then Iron Flame, then Onyx Storm — with spoiler rails between books and a warning that the series is unfinished. The Dragon Riders house in House of a Reader is the obvious hall: war college, dragons, a lethal ranking, enemies to lovers. ## How to run an Empyrean club

One book at a time, named on the door. Iron Flame spoilers in a Fourth Wing chat is how you lose members. The series being ongoing means the club needs a plan for the wait — a side read, a “books like Fourth Wing” cycle, or a pause with the weekly page challenge pointed at something else.

Spice and on-page violence should be stated up front. Readers arrive from BookTok with very different expectations of both.

1. **Start on Fourth Wing unless everyone is past it.** It is the common door. If your group has finished it, write Iron Flame on the door so a newcomer does not join the wrong war.
2. **Separate chats or hard tags per book.** Xaden's story changes. People who are still in the quadrant should not meet the later books in a meme.
3. **Give the fast readers a job.** A side circle, a “what to read after Fourth Wing” list, or logging pages on a different book toward the same house. Do not punish them for finishing, and do not let them spoil.
