How to run ACOTAR without ruining book one
Book one is a different spice and a different plot than book two. Clubs that dump everyone into a single “ACOTAR spoilers allowed” chat will wreck the people on page forty. Split by book, or require a tag, or only admit readers who have finished the instalment under discussion.
State the rule on the door: which book is current, whether earlier books are fair game, and that ACOSF is not book one. The series is ongoing, so “we finished ACOTAR” is not a true statement until the last volume exists — it means you finished the published ones, or you finished book one. Say which.
